communication

Communication plays an important role in every business whether the size of a business is small or big. Good communication skills are vital. It is essential for a real estate agent to acknowledge the importance of communication, whether they are communicating with other Realtors, with clients, or through the media. It is also important for a real estate agent to be a good communicator and they must possess good communication skills.

Good Realtors utilize all forms of communications to get property sold. Today we can leverage social media, internet marketing, paid advertising, word of mouth, open houses, brochures, traditional media… the list goes on and on. It is important that all of those outlets of communications come together in a marketing plan. At Realty Marketing Solutions we appreciate your time is valuable and we are blessed to work with the clients that we work with. If you have some ideas of how you would like your home marketed, then we want to hear about them. We will also share and employ our time tested marketing ideas for you as well. It is our job to keep up-to-date with ways to advertise your listing. Whether we are sending out e-blasts or launching a personal website for your property, we are constantly educating ourselves on how best to get your home sold.

Good communication is always a key with any business but is especially key with real estate. There are so many people who are involved in a transaction from listing to close. You may not realize how many hands end up being on the deal. As a real estate agent, it is part of our job to communicate flowing with you the seller or buyer and with everyone else involved. We are so thankful for all the technology today and that so much of that can be done via email and text especially with all the smart phones out there. At Realty Marketing Solutions, we feel that it is important to keep everyone informed of all things with a deal (whether good or bad) and this helps prevents suprises down the road. We need to know the expectations of our customers and work to meet those expectations. It is important to let you know what to expect and how the process will work and guide you through it. We do this everyday, but you only buy or sell a house every 7-8 years (approximately). It is our job to help direct you to the right people so that close of escrow arrives as smoothly as possible. There is nothing worse than getting to closing and realizing that something hasn’t been requested like a title report or a proof of funds. We coordinate with the lenders, the title companies, the inspectors and cooperating agents to try my best to have a smooth transaction from listing to close.
